In June 2007, Pamapol S.A. acquired a total of 1,000 shares in Huta Szkła Sławno Sp. z o.o., representing 100% of the share capital and giving 100% of the votes at the shareholders' meeting of that company.

In May 2007, the founding deed of Pamapol-Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. was signed. The company began activities aimed at taking over distribution and marketing tasks from other production companies within the Group.

Acquisition of ZPOW Ziębice.
Since March 2007, Zakłady Przetwórstwa Owocowo-Warzywnego Ziębice Sp. z o.o. has also been part of the Pamapol Group.
